Hi Amna and welcome to HW. Its kinda quiet around here on the weekends and night but saw you post and thought I would drop in and welcome you and say that sounds a lot like sinus issues sweety. Have you spoken to your parents about
the headaches and have they been going on long?
The weather around the nation right now is rough on sinus issues and you can merely have lots of mucus in there causing issues when you bend over or move your head, coughing, sneezing all cause problems with sinus fullness or you can get sinus infection from the fluid stuck in your sinus and that may need medication from a Dr. The reason your Mom needs to be aware. They can also direct you to the proper medication to take to get those sinuses draining again and that should take care of the headaches.
Good luck to you.

Yes you are right. But i have no symptoms of sinus. and i have talked to my mom about
it she said lets check for another week if this problem continues then we will consult a doctor. I donot have stuffed nose, cough or any other thing.
Im also very stressed nowadays because of my exams and studies. So is there any connection b/w the two?
thanks

Its possible to have a sinus infection without stuffy nose so if it doesn't clear up make sure you follow through on the Dr visits.
Entirely possible as well to have stressed induced headaches as well. Stress can and does effect a good deal of our body and headaches are common. Does Tylenol or Motrin help at all? Excederin is my choice but you certainly need to check with Mom since it contains aspirin and caffeine before taking it.
I have 6 kids all grown up but one who happens to be 17 as well and I certainly understand the stress of the last quarter of school and pushing yourself too much. She gets migraines as they are a female genetic trait in our family so its important she takes breaks often and just rest your mind and eyes. Try softly listening to music in a cool dark room, sometimes a cool wash cloth helps on your forehead while in the cool dark room. Meditation for a few minutes throughput your study sessions and remember to drink plenty as hydration is a good thing for you and getting caught up in long work periods we tend to forget to stop and eat and drink.
Do you wear glasses and are you wearing them faithfully? If not have you had a recent eye exam? Also a contributing factor in headaches in young students.

Ahh take a break often when your studying and take them and just close your eyes and let them rest. Have you had a recent eye exam to make sure that your vision has not gotten better or worse? Sometimes even the smallest of changes can have a profound effect on us.
