I am also a life long migrain sufferer.
When was your last physical exam? If you have high BP, you need to get to the root of what is causing this. The cause cannot be determined here, but it sounds like your should see a doctor and do some diagnostics, so that you will know the cause and can deal with it accoringly.
There are many causes of high BP: stress, smoking, poor eating habits, allowing yourself to be overweight or obese, eating too much salt, genetics, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, sleep apnea. Could be one of these things, a bunch of these things, or none of these things and caused by something else.
I would not recommend suggesting medication until you've had proper diagnosis and know if any specific medication for high BP is indicated or not. Might need to treat the underlying cause.
Hope you feel better soon!
