daily one sided severe head pain

have had severe pain for almost a year now, had all kinds of tests blood work for all known diseases MRI MRA, CT SCAN all negative, been on many medications nothing helps, pain over right eye then steadily went to temples, side of my head near ear and goes down to back of my head, am not depressed or have anxiety , had eyes checked also can't stand it anymore 66 yrs old any suggestions?
