Bitemporal headache while using mind ( while teaching, explaining, recalling, learning, thinking)

I have been suffering from Bi temporal headache ( headache in the temple region) for the last 4 years.The headache comes only when i use my mind like while learning answers,explaining something, teaching students, recalling answers etc.When i leave these activities headache goes away. I have had CT scan and MRI but nothing was found wrong.
I am 27 years old.In the past i never used to have this kind of headache even though i had been involved in extensive analytical, recalling( as part of learning answers), teaching.I never had this headache in school and college.
