Rightcoastsurf,
You don't really need us for validation of your headaches, cuz it just don't work that way. I'm sure most all of us have experienced the level of pain you have now, some far worse, and some with far more frequently. However, that doesn't make a hill of beans of difference to you.
We believe and trust that you have the headaches and neck difficulties that you say you do, but you need to convey this infomation to your employer as soon as possible. Document your condition with as much paperwork as is available. That way, if you start having to miss work for doctors appointments or need to stay home because of a really bad headache, the stage for this has already been set. You should also keep your Health and Safety/Human Resources people aware of any updates in you situation, in case you need to take some of that Family Leave Time off, so you don't loose your job. I had to do that a couple of years ago, and I was in continuous pain, so I was thankful that I had done some of the paperwork ahead when things weren't so bad.
I would not try any alternative methods of medicine until I had checked out the regular ones first.
Hope things work out for you. Let us know.
