Hey there I was wondering can a long history of migraines cause lesions on the brain. I've had them for about
13 yrs now since I was 10.

You have the lesions or the migraines?
Migraines as far as I know, I have been to 7 Neuros in over the course of my live so far, I am 55, do not cause lesions.
That is not to say that I know everything. I do not and I am not a health professional by any means!
If you are concerned about
lesions ask for an MRI from your doc., it is an easy enough test these days.
But realize that MIGRAINES can cause, cognitive disruption. This is not unusual.
Peace
Trina
