How is your diet?
So many things in our food these days cause migraine pain.
In our resource thread at the top of the forum, the is a 'migraine diet' I started with this 4 yrs ago, then when mostly vegetarian, whole food diet. No soda, or caffeine, low sugar. I drink at least 32oz of what a day, sometimes dbl that.
Have you talked to your doctor have the increase in pain? This might be a good idea.
