Sharp pain back of right side of head

For 5 days now I have had the following symptoms: headaches (sometimes severe) in back of neck/head with sharp pain on right side in the back of head, nausea, dizziness when standing up, heavy legs and slight imbalance. A week before that I complained about my right ear aching and pressure which felt like it was blocked. I have Stage 3-4 Non Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma and was evaluated 2 days ago by a PA at the Cancer center and they said they think it is vertigo. I don't feel they are correct and I continue to have the symptoms. Anyone have similar symptoms that have been diagnosed (even if disregarding the lymphoma)
