I have been struggling for about a year now with constant head pain in the right top center area of my head. It usually begins right when I wake up.....who knows, it may be there when I am asleep I just don't realize it. Anyhow, along with it I have lightheadedness and feel as if I am going to just drop to the floor; sometimes I also feel a tingling sensation in the area and a pulse. I have had a few MRI's too. First one showed small UBO's, second showed that the UBO's then turned out to be brain lesions, and third didn't show a thing. However, I am confused to what this could be, I keep thinking brian tumor, or aneurysm, but my neuro informs me that it would have show up in the MRI. When I read about lesions, the definition for them is "space occupying". I am really worried about aneurysm especially, because I do not have problems with my speech or learning or balance that would indicate tumor ( I think), but an aneurysm I am terrified of. Pretty much, my neuro has told me there was nothing else he could do for me because he doesn't see anything........"hello, what about the lesions???" So who do I see for aneurysms and how are they detected???
Thanks!
