hello I hope you are feeling better. I alo think you should visit a neurologist as well for the migraines, but also maybe consult someone regarding an ailment called TMJ. This ailment can cause migraines and other dilemas to the head and neck and is a jaw disorder that is sometimes overlooked in headache/migraine sufferers especially if the pain is on one side and involves the ear and teeth. If you see a specialist maybe mention that you would like to see if your symptoms have a TMJ relativity. In many cases migraines are a symptom of TMJ. TMJ can be found on the internet sorry I cannot recall the whole name for TMJ but this may explain some of the problem and possibly allergies as well or sinus problems. It seems as if you have to go through a slew of tests sometimes to find the cause of ailments but in time it is worth getting down to the root of the problem.
