drainage

hello everyone just wanted to ask if anyone else has ever experienced any type of drainage from eyes,nose  recently a freind of mine she has had the same thing....she has problems with her spinal fluid pressure the take opening and closing pressures on her and she told me she had the same type of thing drainage from her nose she said it was from the excessive pressure from her spinal fluid...today i am going through one of my migraines the migranal helps a little and topamax i could not handle made me feel very bad.....any information will be greatly appreitated.......jph
