Welcome to the Migraine forum. I hope we can steer you in the right direction. Your description sounds like a migraine headache, but it could also be a nerve problem, possibly from a spinal issue. The best advice I can give you without more information, is to recommend seeing a Neurologist as soon as possible. You should be able to get a referral from your regular physician.
