has anyone?

My brother in laws friend is 24 years old. And she was recently hospitalized, and Dx with MS. They did a MRI of her brain which showed 3 lesions, and her only symptom for going to the hospital was She would forget where she was or what she was doing. When the Dr. asked her what floor she was on, she couldn't remember. They started to put her on steroids, and her memory became better. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice? I have been researching, but I find it better to ask those deal with the dz better. (i joined this site b/c i have Crohn's Dz) But anything would be helpful. Thanks!

Thank you. I researched and most of it was talking about the physical part, and not the cognitive. I will definitely let her know about HW. She does not have a lot of support around her and I know that this would help her, as it has helped me.
