I have one more question please

Thank you everyone very much for being so kind in the past and helping me answer my questions.  I am wondering if this is a symptom of MS.

Traveling burning sensation throughout the body.  Scalp, neck, back, arms, legs, chest, behind, etc.  It is pretty much constant every day, just different place.

I had felt that the Lord has been telling me "Patience, you need to have patience". So that is funny and interesting that you are telling me this.

I have waited 12 years, so what is some more time. LOL Actually, it has only been since the last 3-4 months that the burning had started. I wasn't aware the MS burning actually affects your whole body like that. Hmmm interesting.

Hi Susan,

This is a very good question. MS is an illness of the central nervous system and the EMG tests the nerves outside of it so if nerve problems were related to MS it would not show up on this test. The EMG would usually show positive for people with things like carpal tunnel syndrome, peripheral neuropathy or other muscle and nerve disorders that are related to the nerves outside of the spinal column. I usually hear people having these tests done together so I just assumed you had, sorry for not asking tho! But to be more specific the nerve conduction test checks the peripheral nerves, and the EMG nerves related to muscle..neither check central nervous system or will show MS nerve problems.
