need some advice

After years of pain and what seemed like every medical test known to man, i was dx'd with fibromyalgia about 3 years ago. At one time my doc suspected ms. Many of the symptoms are similar. In my case pain in my ribs and a burning/ pins and needles feeling in my thighs pointed to ms. I had a mri of my spine. It showed no lesions. It was normal like all the other tests. I've never had an MRI on my brain or done the mobility or coordination tests. I've been told fibro isn't degenerative, but i feel like in getting worse. Or at least more bad days. I wonder if i should be tested for ms again. Maybe its just me worrying. The symptoms i have that don't seem to be fibro are:

Burning thigh muscles
Numbness in my face
Hearing loss
Pain/ tightness in my ribs

I have an appointment with my PCP on Tuesday. We'll discuss going back to the neurologist. I don't know why the other scans and tests weren't done before. I was new to this whole process and i had a different family doc. I just want to be sure either way. although many symptoms are similar, treatments are different. I also want to be prepared for future mobility problems that can be part of ms.
