my boyfriend has ms and no sex drive

My boyfriend and I have been back together for about 3 months. We dated about 5 years ago right before he was diagnosed. Now looking back I realize a lot of our issues may have stemmed from him having ms without being diagnosed. He had some anger issues and low sex drive at the age of 21 I always thought it was something to do with me.. ie him not being attracted to me.. well we have both changed a lot in our 5 year break up... We are happy as can be he treats me like gold and there is so much love between us. Romance is not the problem there is plenty of that. I only really have one major concern about the MS. He has no sex drive. I can't help but feel slightly insecure about this. We have had a few brief conversations about it. I think it's hard for him to talk about because he knows I'm a very sexual person. I've done somethings to try and help out and it has been hit or miss. but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me? Is there something he can try to help with libido?

One symptom of MS can be anorgasmy--the inability to orgasm. Even if he doesn't have full-blown anorgasmy, the nerve damage associated with MS can cause noticeable loss of sensation in various parts of the body--including the sex organs. This can definitely lead to a loss of sex drive and it can feed on itself. If he feels he is not satisfying you, he may consider himself a failure in that arena and not want to do it. My advice...let him know he can/does satisfy you. If he feels he is giving you pleasure, he will want to keep doing it, even if he is not climaxing himself.
