is it possible to have a normal brain mri but have lesions on your spinal cord only??

Yes. It is not typical but it has happened. It is more common to have either have just brain lesions or brain and spinal lesions. Someone on here has just brain lesions. Dianna maybe? I can't remember.

Yes, is it possible. I do not have any brain lesions; my diagnosis was based on spinal lesions and a case of optic neuritis.
