Do you think I may have MS?

I don't even know wheree to start, for over 2 years now I have experienced 2 years of pain in my upper left chest ive had multiple ecgs all are clear but the pain still persists, 6 months later i started to feel alot of tingling and numbness in my race arms and feet but i put that down to stress as i am a final year student in nursing. I have been to see my gp on so many occasions due ti the severity of my symptoms getting considerably worse, my arms and hands tingle a lot, my calves bubble in sensation and then sharp shooting pains like electrical shocks shoot right down through them is so painful and surprising i tell my other half about then but he just laughs. for the last year i have had pins and needles all over my face that have turned into burning sensations of pins and needles like someone has stood over your grave and your hair stands on your head it starts from your spine and travels right up to every part of your face its so scary. Am i going crazy because feel like I am for over a year ive been keeping all these feeling and sensations to my self as I think im a total hypo what do I do. ive finally got my gp on my side and they have finally given me a letter to see neurologist.
