Is this Rheumatic or Neuro?

 I had an MRI done and the nurse called today and said there were some abnormalities on my brain scan and that those could explain the symptoms I have been having. And now these are new symptoms-- I have stiffness in my back at night and in the morning, and stiffness in my jaw, and I feel weak at times. I know this is the MS site but maybe this is something else. (I think my mom had RA and I had SLE, but my Rheumatologist said my tests were negative.

The Neurologists nurse said I should come back for more blood tests and then come to see the Neuro Doc in a few days. 

Do you all have back stiffness and jaw stiffness, numbness, weakness, occasional extreme fatigue, headaches w/nausea?

And memory problems and depression? I feel like I am falling apart. Help!

I was diagnosed with SLE in 1993 and had it for 15 years. It went into remission in 2008 but I have been having days with a lot of symptoms so I went back to the Rheumy and he did many tests and they all looked negative. So the Lupus is still in remission and I take no meds for it.

This past summer I started having many sick days and they have just increased and I have new symptoms also. So I asked the Rheumy for a referral to a Neurologist. I went there and he examined me and ordered more blood tests and an MRI and an EMG. I had the MRI and it showed some abnormalities, so I will go see the Neuro on Monday and have more blood work done before that. He will tell me what the results are.

Maybe this new illness is MS or RA or a Vitamin deficiency? I was just fishing around trying to see what illness this might be, and didn't explain very well.
