My partner is sooo cold

My partner always seems to be cold especially her back and shoulders... and her legs . She Will wear a shirt ,sweatshirt, jacket and blanket. Just looking at her makes my body temp go up
I know it's not her fault but it's frustrating. Do any of you suffer from this symptom?? Anything help? We are getting her thyroid levels checked soon.

My body does not tolerate extreme temperatures (hot or cold) but hot and humid is the worst for me--especially high humidity. Also, my trigeminal neuralgia makes me want to wear long sleeves all the time because even the wind in my skin exacerbates the condition. Never heard of anyone always feeling cold...it may be something other than MS.
