Hello I thought of sharing my experience and maybe have different opinions. One day I woke up with my hip sideways and my left leg was completely numb didnt have any idea why no pain at all, I thought it would go away. I was smoking weed on Halloween. I felt how the pain in my lower back increased and spread, igot my whole body numb and felt very weak almost to the point of feeling I was going lifeless couldnt even
open my eyes. I Reacted slow but I was totally conscious. Ended up in ER. They ran some blood test urine, and cat scan after that a horrible pain I could barely walk.
All test came negative disc were fine no bone trauma. Blood good urine and the cat scan showed nothing in either my back or head.
Weeks passed by and I started getting worst I couldn't feel my left leg it was as if had no sensation. I went to a chiropractor he said my lower back was just out of place my L3 that I had a pinched nerve .went there 6 sessions got better but than I strated getting this numbness and tingling in my whole body hands leg and even sometimes in my face. Felt very fatigue even tho I slept more than 9 hours, I freaked out.
Went to a doctor she took more blood test at this point I was clear or smoking pot 3 weeks. I was never a smoker it only lasted about
less than a year and 3 months smoking heavily. She did the lyme disease and many more blood test like to check for diabetes, thyroid, glucose level many and all came normal she said it was just me thinking to much. I took her word for it but
2 more weeks pass by went to get massage to decreased the pain, even got some acupuncture done as well. And thats when I ended up in the ER again pain and fatigue they took me to a back specialist didnt do nothin I wad paying for all of this my insurance wasnt active at that point.
Finally I went to a neurologist he ran a few nerve test on and found out that my left leg was not responding. He also put a bunch of cables in my head. He order an MRI spine and head. The results were I have a herniated disc. That my brain looks fine. But lately I been getting this symptoms for longer period of times I read about
MS. Was really having bladder problems as well. Couldn't even walk properly and even my vision decrease. Now after he said no MS most of the symptoms haven't got them back but I feel tingling on top of my head I cant concentrate and feel very weird and desperate he prescribed me anxiety meds. I will look for a second opinion I know im not normal my body feels different its like im fighting just to stand up at times and this comes and goes. On and off muscle spams and shaky hands.
