I know I can't be dx here but does this sound like MS?

It only happens at night. I lay down immediatly the pins and needls start in both hands in fingers only, swollen or numb, hurt to bend them, like fluid is being retained in them. I wake up and for about 10mins it all goes away. My heels hurt as well as my feet.  My doc said if it's not low iron with edema it maybe MS (worst case he said)

I've had dizzyness for a long time, but I have low blood pressure. I recently had some eye changes but nothing that in continuous. No double vision, just a little blurry at times. It seems  to clear up in 10 mins or less, only happened a few times.

I've been to the chiropractor, not a pinched nerve, not carpeltunnel either.

My doc said you can have three MRI s they all come back normal, that MS progess slowly over time.

I'm almost 46yrs old can it start this late really?

How did it start for you all?

Explain what your doctor said about the 3 MRIs? I don't quite understand.

I see that you have been diagnosed with Lyme disease. Couldn't your symptoms be from that?

It's weird that you only get symptoms while lying down. That doesn't seem typical for MS.

I was diagnosed at 43. You can be diagnosed at any age. It's just more common to be diagnosed between the ages of 20-40.

I was diagnosed after 3 weeks of gradually worsening vertigo. I ended up in the hospital when walking became difficult because of the extreme dizziness. They gave me an MRI. One lesion was identified. A few weeks later I had another brain MRI along with a spinal MRI. Two more lesions were identified. I also had an evoked potentials test and a lumbar puncture. Both of those tests also pointed to MS.

I was referred to UCLA MS center for a diagnosis. The confirmed what the hospital had initially diagnosed. I was diagnosed in about 5 weeks.
