Has anyone with MS experienced this?

Hello! I have been having neurological issues for 2 years. It started with tingling in my right hand. The next occurrence was weakness in both legs and both wrists, preventing me from walking properly. The third occurrence was a weak, tingly left leg accompanied by the inability to empty my bladder. This caused a bladder infection. Now this time around, I had experienced a headache for 2 weeks, then I had a colitis flare and now I can't walk. I am in a wheelchair. I am wondering how MS flares start? Does anyone else get crippling headaches before a flare? I do not have a diagnosis of MS. I have had one MRI of the brain and C-Spine and T-spine. No abnormalities were found, but this was in 2014. Emg tests of wrists were normal. I am going for Emg of legs next week, and also an MRI of the L-spine. My clinical presentation looks like MS, but my test results do not. Would love to hear about your experiences!
