Transverse Myelitis

Hi. I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis in 2009. I was so blessed to walk again and gain control of my body again for the most part. I have been a nurse for 20 years and now have a desk job. I deal with moderate to severe pain daily. Lyrica helps as well as Tramadol but the pain is not under control. I have never been one to use medications so you can imagine how hard it is to have to have pain meds on a schedule to make it through the day. I have heard about the neurostimulator implant and have a consult with a Dr. about it in a week. I was just wandering if any one else with my diagnosis has tried the implant. thanks for your time.
