When I sit for a while and then stand or walk, I sometimes get such an excrutiating pain in the bottom of my feet. The right is worse than the left. It feels like my bones are broken in my heels in particular. My legs also get so stiff that I have to walk like an old woman. After I've walked around for a number of minutes, it feels quite a bit better, although I must say it never gets completely better. My feet also often have a burning pain in them. I also get a really sharp pain that will just shoot through my feet when I'm just sitting around. Another thing I was curious about
was my right leg and foot often get charly horse type cramps in them and my right ankle feels as though it really needs to be stretched out but when I stretch it it just makes my ankle and the top of my foot feel really tired out.
Since I'm recently diagnosed, I don't know what are actually MS symptoms or unrelated stuff. I was just wondering if these things could be symptoms of my MS or should I be looking at other causes.
Oh yeah! One last thing. I quite often getthis really excrutiating pain in my back around my left shoulder blade. It becomes very difficult to draw in a breath because it hurts so much. Would this be the MS Hug that I've been hearing about?
Thanks
Sheila
