severe neck pain

have some horrible neck pain today.  I was pretty achy yesterday, in my neck and right arm....nothing unusual.  Then last night I woke with really intense neck pain, I can't really move my neck.  It feels to me like a pinched nerve??????  But am not sure why it would have started with aching etc yesterday??  I thought neck injuries were usually more of a sudden thing???  Heading to the dr this morning.  But was just wondering if anyone has had anything similar that has been related to their ms?

    Please let us know what you find out at the doctor.  I hope it goes away quickly for you, how awful not to be able to move your neck!  My husband has pain in the neck and shoulders from spasticity issues, but he also had back problems that contribute to it too.  Maybe you have a pinched nerve or somehow just slept wrong??  I did that a few months ago, slept wrong, couldnt move my head for a week!  Hoping you feel better soon.
