Tonight Dr. Phil has a guest on who has MS. I know that recently Montel did a show on dealing with MS. I usually hear about the shows after the fact. I'd love it if we could keep each other informed about upcoming shows on MS that we might hear about.

Aww...i missed both those shows!! Sometimes when someone here knows of shows that're upcoming they'll try to let us all know. I'll certainly be happy to post if i hear of anything!

the montel show a couple of months ago was very good. told a friend to watch and she got more understanding about what i go thru. the dr. phil show, on the other hand, was fluff. can tell who has ms and who doesn't. latest montel show about ms started out well, but turned into a commercial for some system montel is selling.

I have been telling everyone about Mitt Romney's wife having MS. I'm sticking with him in the election. Maybe we will get the stem cell passed!

Does he support stem cell research? As a devout Mormon, it would be against his faith.

   That's a great idea!  I don't watch much daytime television but if I hear of any upcoming shows about MS I'll post them :-)

 

   Uppity, I was quite surpised at his stand on stem cell research.  He is actually for it, but only under certain circumstances.

I agree about the Dr. Phil Show. He used the segment on MS to sell a book by an author with MS. That's all well and good but I don't think anyone can too much understanding about MS from it. I read Montel's book and the only thing I came away with is that he snowboards all over the world and smokes pot.
