Suggestions/Recommendations?

Yes, he has a surgeon overseeing his case but we are not particularly thrilled with him.  He took on my brother's case when the original surgeon left the practice at the end of 2007.  We haven't been to pleased with either one actually.  I know doctors don't have a lot of time to chit-chat but my brother's surgeon doesn't stop and listen to my brother's concerns, etc.  He's extremely quick and almost seems impatient...not very thorough in my opinion.

Thanks Ash - I will touch base with his regular physician and see if maybe he has some recommendations.  It's always hit or miss with hospitals anyway.  Each one has their speciality and each one has good & bad things about them.  Like you said, communication and consultants with different ones will definitely help.
