Now, Amey - this isn't going to be anything to you, BUT - I did a 16 mile bike ride yesterday!! OMG, I
NEVER would have been able to do that pre-surgery. Granted, it was a stationary bike at the gym, but I did a hill course and stayed around 90-100 rpms the whole time. Hallelujah! I am so excited to be able to have the energy to move again.
Now if I can just get my bags to stay on, I'd be set.
Oh, and if I could lose the pred weight. I mean before I was so tired all the time I didn't do anything. Now I eat healthy, and am exercising 5-6 days a week, and nothing - no weight loss. No fair!
