I totally stole this idea for a thread from the ulcerative colitis forum. It was really fun reading everyones answers! So I won't take credit for the idea, but I wanted to share it with everyone here.
I'll start.

My story is boring:
I was in a hurry to post when I first found this site (years ago), and I couldn't think of anything. I didn't want to put my full name, so that's what I came up with.
Chas blah.

I just wasn't feeling creative in a hurry.

What does yours mean?

Mine's pretty self explanatory. I've owned several Corvettes over the years; loved 'em since I was a little kid; and currently own two Corvette convertibles. But, I'm not one of those fanatics with pictures of Vettes all over their house, and a closet full of clothes with Corvette insignias on them. To me it's lot more fun to drive them than to look at them!

I had to go and look and see what my screen name was on here. I started with it on aol, because my original name was too long. I later found out it meant something about a debutante. I don't really care, i'd had it to long by then.

I live in Florida and worked as a church receptionist for 10 years, so that's why I'm FL church lady. Remember Dana Carvey as the church lady on Saturday Night Live? I'm not like that at all! hehehehe smilewinkgrin

Bella means beautiful in French so my sn means I'm beautiful even with my bag =) ..I LOVE the word Bella..dont know why.. Ill probably end up naming my child that haha

My family nickname is Robin Bird (but they normally just call me Byrd)...and when I was in high school I changed the spelling of Bird to Byrd b/c I liked it better...so that's why I use RobinByrd.

My nickname is Psygirl because I was a pokemon fan who loves the character, Psyduck, plus I am a girl, so Psygirl6 became my screen name. The 6 is my favorite number and my 6th grade teacher was my favorite teacher off all.

Great topic!!! And one that I often wondered about too! Thanks for starting this one....

Obviously, mine is my first name but the number following it does have some significance to it. Not very creative, by very meaningful to me.

The number 113 was my dad's badge number when he was a police officer. He passed away in 2000, and ever since then that number comes up ALL of the time in my life. I can be jolted awake in the middle of the night, look at the clock, and it is 1:13. Just way too many things like that so I know he is looking down on me.... Weird, huh? Even my DH now notices it as well.

Peggy that is so esp or something like that. My screen name is so ordinary. If I would have thought about it when I first signed up, I would have been much more creative! Nene is what my little darlings call me and 205 is a house number I had in Del Rio, Texas, a long time ago. Go figure why I remember that because I have lived in 2 countries and many states and 205 is the only number that pops up. Maybe it was fate because I finally ended up in Alabama after all of that traveling. 205 is Birmingham's area code.

Mine is pretty simple. 2 RIS K stands for Too Risque. I'm really not risque but it's sort of an inside joke I guess. I married into a mormon family and later converted also. People that know me and don't know that I'm mormon think I'm just a "normal" person (which I am) but then when they find out I'm mormon they are shocked. Many people don't know that Mormons can be "normal" people like me. Usually they expect someone much more quiet and reserved. I am totally outrageous!! But I stay true to my faith.

Believe me, I get goose bumps all the time too!  I cannot tell you how many times that number has come up in my life.  Very weird, but in a good way for me.

I joined this forum the day after I got home from the hospital with my new bag - October 31st.  I'm a HUGE fan of Halloween (a holiday that celebrates candy - yum!) and I had candy all over my bed, thus Candyland!  Fun thread!!
