bile and shooting pain

So I've been throwing up and excreting bile since Thursday night. Liquids again--just added toast. Doc not worried about stoma as it's working like mad. But left lower quadrant is worriesome. Pain is constant and then shooting. Praying it's not a partial blockage or infection or a flare up. Any advice?

I was doing so well--eating great. Must have eaten something really bad. Just lost all the weight I had put on. sigh. . .

I just made it through a blockage so, sorry to say, that is what I think of when you say throwing up and pain. I am not an expert at all but I think it is odd that your doctor is not alarmed. If you are throwing up with an ilestomy, I bet you feel miserable because you get dehydrated so quick. I would go to the doctor/ER if I was u and not able to keep food/liquids down.
