Hi Everyone,
This may sound silly but it's true. I have noticed numerous times that when my intestines get irritated I wake up with very puffy eyelids the next morning and it'll last a few days. Just a few days ago I have been trying to eat more healthy and started eating oatmeal with blueberries or frosted wheat cereal for breakfast. Could it be that they are irritating my intestines?? How do you guys do with oatmeal or wheat??
