This is Linda. I'm Christine's daughter. She had the surgery on Monday morning... total colectomy and permanent ileo. My mom came thru the surgery fine and is doing well. I will keep you posted.

Glad she is doing well.  Keep us posted and please let her know she's in our thoughts.

YAY!!! So gald to hear the surgery is all behind her now and that she is doing well :D Wish her well for all of us and we are waiting on PINS and NEEDLES to hear about her experience~!

Thank you for the update! I have been looking around for one but missed your post on the UC board. I just scrolled through to page 2 to see if there was some news and there it was!! I am so happy to hear she is doing well and UC free. How exciting.
