I notice that eating oatmeal for breakfast always thickens my output. Wheat toast with peanut butter and bananas does, too. Have you tried Metamucil or some other type of fiber?
When I had chronic diarrhea with Crohn's, my gastroenterologist told me that I could take 8 Imodium a day, so you don't need to worry about
taking too much of it.
I'm wondering if the lemonade might be causing liquid output. There's something about
lemonade that does that to me. Maybe the tartness?
Also, there are gel tabs that you can put into the pouch to turn it from liquid to a more solid consistency. One brand is called Gel-X.
