some advice would be soo appriciated ,iv had crohns ibs and 2 major surg all sml b illiam gone and last surg was 5 yrs ago and i had septic shock and nearlly didnt make it anyway since then had fistulars and obstructions latley every month i am sick vom and pain between my breast bone that gose throught to my back no movment in tummy either takes me days to get back to the norm . Its affecting my fam and job very supprised i havent had the sack for my days of i am a single mum of 3 my youngest has ibs to and my thoughts are geting a ostomie bag but whitch one would i need being that its all in the sml b would my quality of life be improved by this because the way things are with this fistular also its vag so any wind weather i hold it or not it still comes out and its sooo embarrissing specialy in a shop ,i currentley take pred 20m imuran 50m b12 inj nexiam 20m please give any advice or thoughts as i think i will give up seems easeier, god bless u all and thanku xx
