Ok sorry a haven't posted for a while but i've been catching up on 4 weeks of homework. :) im getting the work done.
anyway i have a question i thought of after sticking my head in a XL popcorn bucket. "i love the smell of movie popcorn it brings so much joy to me. :) " i wanted to ask what are the risks of eating popcorn?
i have the type of stoma that looks like a pair of lips, i dont know it that would affect it tho.

David
Some time ago there was a thread about
eating popcorn and other foods. Several said that popcorn was no problem for them. So I tried it.......blowout first night. No more popcorn for me, darn it. Maybe you would be ok......only trying it will tell the outcome for you.

you have to try it for yourself. It affects everyone differently.
It doesn't bother me at all.
Make sure you chew well, and drink lots with it.

try it, i eat a bag of popcorn almost everyday, but i drink water like a mad woman when i do! and i also try to eat like a piece of bread or something.
and im not sure how far out from surgery you are, i would wait at least 6 months, give it plenty of time to get used to it's new job in there!

David,
I eat popcorn with butter on it. I eat it slowly and chew it well and I haven't had any major problems maybe a bit more gas but heck you never know what's gonna gas you. Yesterday I ate an oatmeal
cookie and I though "privey" was going to blow off and today she's been as quiet as a mouse.
