first thing, after about
two months, you will be able to eat the fresh fruits and veggies and all that good stuff, just have to give your body a bit of time to adjust, and introduce them slowly! And remember that some of them will give you looser output or lots of gas.
anyway, there is only one way to lose weight, eat less than you burn. So you have to do some exercise and cut calories.
I lost about 40 pounds in 4 months, cutting out soda and cutting down on calories and doing my insanity workout, thats what really helped me.
But i wouldnt attempt the insanity workout just yet, lol. Give yourself a few months!
i kept my calories really low at first, i ate like apples, bananas, popcorn, applesauce, tuna, low calorie things. now im pretty close to where i want to be so i don't worry about the food so much, i just make sure if i eat a bunch of cake thats pretty much all i eat, lol, and that i do my insanity workout everyday!
