Someone out there in ostomyland uses select-a-size paper towel like I do.

I use that type all the time in the kitchen...lol...
I just bought the VIVA brand for hubby the other day for if and when he might need them as they are soft and if needed to twist and insert in the stoma if misbehaving when doing a full change.

And you fold and tear each piece in two pieces, right?
If you mark the roll in the center you can cut it in half with a sharp kitchen knife. Then you do not need to fold and tear each piece. Just tear off as you need them. I tried it with a half roll. Works great.
