so the other night i had this dream that there was an ostomy public service announcement, you know one of those 1 or 1 and half spots they do like about heart disease or something.
and in it there was this super hot guy who started off saying something like you never know who has an ostomy then taking off his shirt and showing that he had one. He wasnt wearing a bag though! just had his stoma all free and loose.
And all i could think in my dream was not how hot he was, not how cool it was there was this commercial, just "wow i can't believe he is so brave to leave his bag off that long! Why doesn't he have any output? i need to figure that out..."
then when i woke up thats the thing that was immediately in my mind, lol.
super hot guy in a dream and all im concerned about is how he gets his stoma to stop working!

I was watching one of those 'miracle' shows the other day and there were conjoined twins...well they had a stoma and in most of the pictures (before they were separated) there was an unpouched stoma, too, which I was amazed by! Maybe it was a colostomy which is why they could leave it unpouched in most of those pictures...maybe the 'hot' guy had the same thing!!!! LOL

LOL well a freind of a friend of mine (ostomate) has a colostomy. my friend sais that her friend with the colostomy has only one bm coming out of her stoma in the morning, every morning at the same hour. after that she takes off the bag, cleans around the stoma, dress it with a bandage/gauze and just starts her day... how nice is that?

so yeah, i agree with OHIO, that hot guy probably has a colostomy :D

OMG girl your so funny.  Ya what were ya thinking?  I need a good laugh today so for that I thank you.  Drinking prep for the colonoscopy tomorrow to see if I have a prob. further up and he will tell me if I need another surgery, so kind of a anxious day for me...plus a not so crapty one even with the prep, you know why I dont have a colon so it did not take that long to see the all clear sign...lol
