Depends on your starting point. It might be closing of the temporary stoma. It might be excision of the j-pouch. Reversal is a horrible way of describing it either way.

It is also called take down. After you have your surgery to remove your colon and form your pouch, after a few months you have a surgery to hook everything up and get rid of the ostomy. It's a fairly easy surgery compared to the others.
