Hi, there! I had my colon removed and a jpouch formed this past year, my takedown/reversal was just this May. Did you have a jpouch created? 10-15 times a day this far past reversal seems like kind of a lot to be going this far out from reversal. I have also had some issues with butt burn that is so irritating that the skin bleeds- I have found the following routine to help me very much: I don't have a bidet, which I've heard is the best, but I use a spray bottle to spray my bottom with water after each bm. I then use very soft wipes (I got some hypoallergenic ones from CVS that have no fragrance or alcohol), followed by a very gentle pat to dry with soft tp. If the burn is very bad, I will use Calmoseptine, which is very helpful! It might sting a bit at first if the skin is to the point of bleeding, but then it will feel very "cool" and soothing. If the burn is not that bad, I will just use A&D ointment. If the itch gets too unnerving (I actually find the itch to be more frustrating than the burn!), a nice warm bath can help for at least a little relief.
Another thing to consider is what foods might be causing both the frequency of bm's and the consistency. If the stool is very loose, it will burn more because of the acidity. I've heard others say that they don't drink with their meals, but after they are done eating, so that the beverage has something to "sit on," so to speak, which helps to minimize the watery stool. I usually start my day with some toast with my breakfast because the bread is easy on my system and also helps to keep things moving at a slower pace during the day. Other people have found oatmeal to be helpful for this, though it has been bothersome for me so far when I tried it.
Also, have you tried immodium? I have not, yet, but that's another thing I have heard others use to help regulate things, which also ends up lessening butt burn.
I hope that something I've said can help you out!
