I have only tried dried cranberries so far, and haven't had any problems. I always try to chew things like that really well. They probably do cause my stool to be a bit looser, but I don't mind too much, and if it's going to be a problem I will eat a banana or something similar around the same time. I actually had some dried cranberries in a small salad with feta and walnuts today, yum.
