I wish the search engine was a little more robust as I'd try to find this before posting. I'm sure i may be repeating posts asked before but hopefully, not.
I love food. I love bad food. Burgers, pizzas, pastas, sandwiches with meats and veggies. I know, it's bad and I go from periods of healthy to bad.
How much is it still a reality to enjoy these bad foods after having a j-pouch? I've heard people say you introduce foods over time and see how your body reacts. Do you introduce a component/ingredient of a food? (i.e. pasta sauce versus pizza)? What do you look for in terms of your body adjusting? (frequency? pain of some sort? Obstruction?).
