You've been through quite an ordeal, surgically speaking.
You are way early in recovery; expect to see improvement in 6 week increments for up to a full year.
Patience will be your best friend. I'm not sure what your exact concerns are; but if you can let us know we might be able to give you some tips.

Start doing kegels to strengthen your sphincter.

Are you using fiber to increase bulk and absorb excess liquid? Many find that Metamucil wafers eaten before a meal help bulk stool and decrease liquid output. Also, stay away from anything with sugar in it, even fruit juice. Sugar tends to make stool loose. If you can get your hands on a tube of calmoseptine, you might find it relieves the burning pain.

Keep to a fairly bland diet...white rice, bananas (for potassium) lots of chicken, pasta that kind of thing that will absorb the liquid and help bulk up. Adding Metamucil to rice is an option too if you can do it and cook it with chicken broth for some flavor. You are on the right path believe it or not, since you are so early post op....as things settle down, you can then try adding one new thing to your diet to see how your new system works....don't do what I did and go for Mexican when I started feeling really good...BAAAAD idea. I am 37 years post take down and still have days that challenge me. Thru these forums I have found so much good advice and new products to try that have worked really well. Hang in there....take it one day at a time and you will see good changes and improvements. Keep pushing fluids to keep yourself hydrated...that's the most important thing with our systems. I learned about a product called vitalyte thru the forum that I've now been drinking since March...I love it and it helps a lot. You can order it online from Vitalyte or from REI. Lots of electrolytes to keep us going. I even took it with me on vacation this year (Mexico) and drank it daily to keep from getting dehydrated from the heat and humidity.
