I'm absolutely shocked there isn't a post already about this...
So last night I got take-out pizza after work. Instead of doing the sensible thing and getting a taxi or riding the bus, I decided to try and hike it all the way home (about a 45 minute walk in my city). I figured it'd be great exercise and burn off some of the calories that I would consume later. :)
Apparently the boxes must have smacked into my stoma a few times, because I was a little bit sore when I got home. Nothing serious, but I could feel it when I sat down or got up. The top of the stoma itself APPEARS to be a little swollen, though I may just be paranoid. Function has not been affected at all - I've had normal output, including some of the veggies that were on the pizza. (sorry if that's TMI)
Should I be concerned? I'm probably over-reacting, but since I'm new to this, figured I'd check in...
