As always, I would raise any concerns you have with your surgeon, just to be safe.
Step two can be brutal for a lot of people. The pain you're describing is pretty common and expected, however you are also just shy of the three month mark which is usually around the time most people say they're really feeling like themselves again. Having fybro, I'm not sure how much more that will affect your healing and pain levels. It also sounds like you had a fully open operation? I may be mistaken, but I think they also take a longer time to heal from and can have more pain issues as well, as opposed to when it's done laparoscopically? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Additionally, it can be tough with the loop ileo to really get the hydration and nutrition your body needs so that could also be playing a role in things.
As rabbit said, the mucous and even the leakage is completely normal and is no indication of any continence issues you may or may not have after takedown. I also had some spasms/tenesmus type feelings before takedown.
Finally, the stool can be completely normal as well. The loop ileo is basically like a garden hose folded in half with a slit cut at the rounded end. Sometimes waste can bypass the stoma site and continue down. However, not knowing the frequency and amount of stool you're passing I would again say bring it up to your surgeon just to be on the safe side.
