Hi, Kelly,
I basically eat the same things I ate before the surgery.
For breakfast, a glass of oj and a bowl of cereal or
cottage cheese and fruit. For lunch a sandwich of
pb&j or tuna or cottage cheese & fruit. For supper a
medium size serving of either chicken, fish or beef with
some sort of potato, veg. and a large salad (which I
eat first). I don't snack much either. Before the surgery
my weight was stable at 125 but now it's standing pretty
much at 114. I'm 5'6 1/2" so I'm fairly thin. I don't have
the greatest appetite and have never in my life had to
diet. I don't have cravings for junk food so that's probably
the big reason why my weight doesn't jump around. Since the surgery I think it's 114 because everything seems to
run right through me. I don't drink pop but I do drink
fruit juices.
Hope that answers your question about what I eat
Annie
