4 wks post takedown- new lease on life!

So I’ve had a few hiccups here and there but I’m feeling a ton better. I can go most of the day without an Imodium. Granted today was the only day I’ve gone to work, so not sure if I have my routine down yet. But I went to the bathroom twice in the morning before I leave my house, once or twice before lunch, and a few time soon I’m the afternoon. No urgency and for the most part, if i tightens my muscles, i can make the urge go away.

I feel like things are finally looking up. I am eating well- just had some grapes today- and just feeling more confident overall. Happy where I’m at!

Sorry to hear that cmfdrama. You having a hard time passing stool or keeping food down? I was miserable the first week and was kind of an emotional wreck. Let me know if u need an ear to listen...I’m here. You can do this!

Doggiedo, passing what little stool I have and gas is okay. They won't let me have any food. Only clear liquids. I have a lot of nausea w/vomiting but since I'm not eating, it's only mucus/spit coming. "Eating" ice chips and taking tiny sips of some of my clear liquids they give me. Gas pains aren't fun either but they are getting better.

Doggie, how are you doing back at work? I love seeing your updates

Good luck. Just gotta keep in mind it’s a process. I’m still going14x a day but my doc said it’ll keep getting better. Good luck. When is yours?
