Hi everyone,  Just started a new job and there are no private bathrooms.  I'm beside myself worrying about odor.  I use the adapt deodorizing lubricant but that really doesn't seem to do that well.   Any suggestions on how odor can be taken care of?  Would try anything so I don't offend the people I work with.   Thanks

Congratulations on your new job!  :-)  

I put in a few capfuls of 3% hydrogen peroxide each time I empty, and it works great. It's the kind that can be purchased at the grocery store in the brown bottle.

I use a product called Ostofresh. Not cheap, but it is covered as a DME expense by insurance. Works very well for me. I want to try the peroxide... when I run out of my supply of Ostofresh.

i carry a little thing of that spray breath freshner with me when i go places, and before i use the batrhoom, i spray it in the air, and then it keeps the smell at bay, but you gotta spray it first

Just drill a tiny hole in the cap and make it a squeeze bottle. 1 good squeeze does it for me and no smell

Thanks everyone, will definitely try the peroxide. Can just keep a small bottle of it in my pocket. Going to get some tomorrow.

We have a silk flower arrangement in the bathroom at work, and I hide a small bottle of peroxide behind it, so I don't have to carry it around with me. :-)

My wife has come up with a pretty good deodorant. It is a chewable tablet with bi****h subgallate as the active ingredient. It works internally and whiile it does not completly eliminate the odor, it cuts it way down. My wife used to be able to smell when I burped by bag when she was in he bedroom which is some distance from my bathroom. Now she does not smell it when I burp. I think as an adjunct to pouch deodorizers it would be very helpful. It is a little pricey, about $11.00 per hundred tablets.
