J-pouch and resume intimacy

I had my first surgery with my j-pouch construction. How long will it take the stitches to come out? And when will it be safe to resume our sex life? I'm having my second surgery scheduled for my seventh week. Will we be able to resume sex before then? Help...please. hubby driving my crazy
